​See where your acroyoga practice can go! This class explores advanced acrobatic movements starting from the very beginning. We break down advanced skills and techniques in an accessible and safe practice.

Align Your Spine
Tuesdays: 6-7pm
Sundays: 9:45-10:45am

Therapeutic yoga for your spine!

All ages, sizes, and spines welcome! This is a 60 minute yoga class dedicated to relieving stress and strain in the back while at the same time building strength and awareness in both your back and core!

We use specialized props to access and teach the body new more healthy spinal postures. Its like a deep tissue massage for your back!

This class is based on CAT - Critical Alignment Therapy.
